The Special Support Bill has been passed. On the surface, it encourages support for the poor by allowing those who provide financial support outside of family to receive tax deductions. In reality, this system has a hidden rule: if you receive support, your entire life is literally controlled by the supporter. Knowing this, it's essentially a law for the upper class, who can buy people with money.
